JTK Removals Manchester (JTK REMOVALS MANCHESTER LTD, company 16006187) of 3 Hereford Dr, Swinton, Manchester M27 5PS, United Kingdom is the controller for enquiry data sent through this website.

What we collect

Quotation and Ask Sarah forms collect your name, phone number, optional email, from/to postcode or area, optional move date, property size and notes. We also receive technical logs (IP address, user agent) when you submit, so we can stop spam.

Why we use it

We use those details only to quote, book and carry out a removal, and to reply to your message. We do not sell enquiry lists.

Who sees it

Leads are stored so we do not lose them, emailed to info@jtkremovalsmanchester.co.uk and jtkremovalsmanchester@gmail.com, and may be copied into our booking inbox. Analytics and ads tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics if configured, and Google Ads AW-17335226015) run in the browser. They are used to understand site use and whether calls and quotes came from an advert.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to complete the job and handle any follow-up, then deleted from the website lead store. Email copies follow our mailbox retention.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@jtkremovalsmanchester.co.uk or calling 07525 649917. You can also complain to the ICO.
