Terms
Terms of booking
Plain-English terms for hourly removals booked with JTK.
Last updated 27 September 2026.
These terms cover quotations and jobs booked with JTK Removals Manchester (JTK REMOVALS MANCHESTER LTD, company 16006187) of 3 Hereford Dr, Swinton, Manchester M27 5PS, United Kingdom.
Quotations
Published rates start at £59 per hour for one man and a van (self loading and unloading) and £99 per hour for a two-man team. Full packing is £149 per hour. Every hourly job has a 2-hour minimum. A website quotation is an estimate until we confirm the crew, access and arrival window.
Your job
You must give honest details of volume, stairs, parking and any items that need extra time. Time on site, waiting for keys, and long carries are charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Your belongings
Give honest details of volume, stairs and fragile or high-value items when you enquire so the crew can plan the load. Ask on the call if you want more detail about how we look after goods on the day.
Cancellation
Ask for the current deposit and cancellation terms when you book. They depend on how close the move is and whether we have held a van for you.
